May 11th Meeting Minutes

Called to order by President Stan at 6:34 PM

Secretary’s Report was read; Roy made motion to approve, Dale 2^nd.  Approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report by Treasurer Bill – Balance $2,957.69 Motion to approve Kim, 2^nd Joyce approved as read

Had 3 new folks attend

Reviewed past events from April. Stan mentioned upcoming events for May/June.

Dale & Phil gave general update about STPR to new members.

Robert mentioned POTA & Re-cap from April.  5/23 Leonard Harrison State Park.

Denny gave ACS update and mentioned upcoming ACS Meeting 5/13.

June 13^th Mainesburg event, Kim gave information on event.

June 20^th Laurel Festival events, provide communication for foot race.

Gave Field Day information June 26^th & 27^th Club doing picnic at 5.

Club agreed to donate $150 for use of Gibbs Place.

July 4^th Mansfield Parade, tower trailer will be pulled.

July 18^th Test Session
