August 10th Meeting Minutes

Called to order by President Stan at 6:37 PM

Secretary’s Report was posted online. One correction was required on the Pine Creek Challenge date (from 8/18 to 9/12).  Motion made to accept by Stan, Phil 2nd, approved as read 

Treasurers Report by Treasurer Bill, motion to accept Robert, Joyce 2^nd.   Approved as read

Rob mentioned website, nothing new.

Robert gave update on Test Session all went well

Gibbs Place reserved for Field Day 2027

Mentioned cleaning up tower trailer, needs washed and greased

Setting up a Cedar Mountain work party, Phil in charge of setting it up

Denny mentioned ACS, need to fill out form annually

8/22 POTA event at Colton Point 10-3

September Events

12^th – Hometown Hero’s Day out (Sheriff’s Day out) 12-3

12^th Pine Creek Challenge Foot Race 6AM Saturday – Noon Sunday

26^th Horseheads Hamfest

10-11^th – PA QSO Party

Next meeting 9/14 will be a picnic at EOC starting at 5:00 PM.  Doing Tower Trailer cleanup at meeting.
